Maboseth Apartments

Africa Invest Network has picked up, and will finance MABOSETH Apartments. Maboseth is a self-contained 45-unit apartments to be built in Wasimi, about 45 minutes drive from Lagos, Nigeria. The owners sort an initial investment of $75,000. Africa Invest Network estimates the completion cost for this project to be much higher (at approximately $150,000) because each unit will have its own private kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, stove, and closet.  Construction will begin in August, 2025. This project will be managed by Joshannah Realty. Investors are encouraged to partner with us on this project.
